What to Donate
National Kidney Services (NKS) offers a convenient and complimentary donation pick up service so that everyone has the opportunity to give to charity, regardless of whether you have a hectic schedule, are unable to drive, or are home bound. By giving donations of gently used and new clothing and household items to NKS, you help the National Kidney Foundation of Ohio and North Carolina in their efforts to sustain statewide kidney research programs, continuing education, early detection screenings, and much more.
Whether moving, spring cleaning, or clearing out your closet, you’re sure to find a variety of donations throughout your home that you can donate to NKS.
Our charity will gladly pick up the following donations:

You can schedule a donation pick up from our charity group by calling
or filling out our online form to schedule a pickup. Our call center is attended Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and our trucks operate Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to dark for regularly scheduled pick ups and Saturday or Sunday for special pickups and large collections. You can also drop off your tax-deductible* donations at any Ohio Thrift locations in Ohio or Value Thrift locations in North Carolina.
