Where to Donate in Charlotte, Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem & Other Communities in North Carolina & Upstate South Carolina

Where to Donate in CharlotteKnowing where to donate in Charlotte, Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and surrounding areas is easy when you give to National Kidney Services, a local organization that strives to help improve the lives of patients suffering from kidney disease and increase awareness about this national epidemic. We’ve worked hard to establish a donation pick up and drop off system that makes it as easy as possible for our generous donors to give clothing and household items to our worthy charity.

There are four easy ways to give to our charity. Simply call us or fill out our online form to add your name to our rotational donation pick up schedule. You can also request a special pick up for large or heavy donation loads, request an expedited pick up, or make a donation drop off at any Charlotte area Value Village.

NKS has established a partnership with Value Village, a chain of thrift department stores located throughout North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, and Missouri, to accept donations on our behalf. You’ll never wonder where to donate again since you can make an NKS donation drop off at any of the following Value Village locations:

  • Charlotte (Freedom Drive) - 2917 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208
  • Charlotte (Central Avenue) - 4451 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205
  • Charlotte (South Boulevard) - 6300 South Blvd. #300, Charlotte, NC 28217
  • Gastonia - 2541 West Franklin Blvd, Gastonia, NC 28052
  • Greensboro - 3407 High Point Road, Greensboro, NC 27407
  • Kannapolis - 912 South Cannon Blvd., Kannapolis, NC 28083
  • Mooresville - 219 East Plaza Drive #A, Mooresville, NC 28115

There are so many ways to find donations for charity. Look through your closet and pick out clothes that you haven’t worn in more than a year or that no longer fit. Scan your kitchen shelves for small appliances that you’ve replaced with newer models. Find books that you've already read. Donate used electronics like computers and DVD players. Not only can you remove clutter by donating, but your generous gifts help kidney disease programs and patients throughout the nation. For more information about how to donate and where to donate anywhere in Huntersville, Tega Cay, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Belmont, or surrounding areas, please contact NKS today.
